My experience with Vitamin C
This is what I take. It is

How to Live to be 100 and Beyond. To summarize:
1.) Your body needs vitamins every day because the foods we eat are devoid of nutrition because the soil has been depleted of neccessary minerals. Processed and GMO foods
should be avoided as they have bad things in them that can hurt your body. Take a multi-vitamin in the morning, anti-oxidant at noon and if you get tired in the afternoons
take a B-Complex vitamin. Fish Oil w.Omega-3
should also be added to your daily vitamin supplementation routine - most people take those in the morning and at night before going to bed.
2). We all need to EAT FOODS HIGH IN ORAC POINTS for their ability to fight free radicals. Free radicals cause oxidative stress and
destroy the bodies ability to fight disease and ages our cells. So eat as many foods as you can that are high in anti-oxidants.
3). Exercise every day and do not let yourself get overweight - even if it's just a little bit of stretching to keep your joints and muscles supple. You don't need any fancy gym equipment - Wally uses
